The days and times for enforcement of this article and the levy of the fees under section 5-24 shall commence each year on March 1 and continue daily through Labor Day weekend.
The time during such days shall be between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. The beach master
designated by the county is authorized to determine, based on weather conditions,
whether or not fees are to be collected on any given day during the summer beach season.
These dates and/or times may be changed or modified in the future by resolution of
the city commission.
