§ 2-120. Emergency management.

The city commission of the City of St. Augustine Beach is designated as the emergency management agency for the city in accordance with F.S. Ch. 252. In its capacity as the emergency management agency, the city commission shall be vested with all powers and responsibilities provided by Florida law, and without limitation thereof, the power to appoint a director and perform all emergency management functions allowable by law.
