§ 15-42. Application.

An application for the permit required by this division shall be filed with the building inspector's office by the owner of the premises, or his agent duly authorized in writing. The application shall contain:

(1)

The name of the owner;

(2)

The owner's address;

(3)

The location of premises;

(4)

The nature of excavation or clearing;

(5)

The purpose of the work;

(6)

The estimated length of time to complete the work; and

(7)

Plans or arrangements for disposal of materials excavated or removed by clearing.
