§ 14-4. Same—Failure to remove.

That upon the failure or refusal of the owner or owners of any lot, parcel or tract of land within the City of St. Augustine Beach, Florida, to keep such premises free of weeds, grass or undergrowth of a height of twelve (12) inches or more from the ground, or of rubbish, trash, debris, dead trees or other unsightly or unsanitary matter, or to keep such premises free of excavations or depressions, as provided above, then it shall be the duty of the building official to give notice, as hereinafter provided, to the owner or owners of such property to comply with the requirements of this ordinance within fifteen (15) days after the service of such notice.
