§ 12-6. Cable television franchise applications.

(a)

Adoption of county Ordinance No. 96-63. County Ordinance No. 96-63, as recorded in county ordinance book 16 at page 353 et seq., is hereby adopted by the City of St. Augustine Beach, provided that the terms "county," "county commission," "grantor," and "St. Johns County," as used therein shall refer to the City of St. Augustine Beach, the city commission, the governing body of the City of St. Augustine Beach (Also when used in regulatory and reporting contexts, "grantor" shall mean grantor's city manager and the city commission), and the City of St. Augustine Beach, respectively.

(b)

Joint applications, reports, filings. All applications, reports or other filings as may be required by county Ordinance No. 96-63 as made applicable to the city, may be made by filing copies of any such applications, reports or other filings made to St. Johns County with the office of the city manager with any additional information as to make such applications, reports or other filings applicable to the city.
